CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program)

Good nutrition pays! The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) provides federal funds to Hannahville Youth Services to serve nutritious meals and snacks during non-school hours. The goal of the CACFP is to improve and maintain the health and nutritional status of children in care while promoting the development of good eating habits. It is federally funded through the United States Department of Agriculture and is administered statewide by the Michigan Department of Education.
